Pricing

Three plans. No implementation fee.

Every plan includes the deadline calendar, requirement matrix and evidence library — the parts that stop a bid failing for operational reasons. You pay more only for scale, automation and controls.

Prices are in USD, exclude applicable sales tax, and are billed monthly through Stripe. Annual billing saves two months. Plans can be changed or cancelled from the workspace at any time — no notice period.

Paid pilot

A fixed-scope engagement tied to one measurable workflow and agreed success criteria. Typical scope: import your live pipeline, build the requirement matrix for one open tender, configure reminder and escalation rules, and run the submission through preflight with your team. We publish a before-and-after result at the end.

  • Fixed price agreed in advance, credited against your first three months
  • One named workflow, one success measure, one report
  • Two working sessions with your bid manager, not a six-week project
  • You keep everything built during the pilot
Fixed-scope, one measurable workflow, agreed success criteria.

Questions we get asked

Is there an implementation fee?+

No. Starter and Professional are self-serve — you import a CSV of the tracker you already keep and you are running the same day. A paid fixed-scope pilot is optional, and it exists to produce a measured result, not to configure software.

What happens to our data if we leave?+

You export it. Every list exports to CSV, and every bid exports as a timestamped record package containing the requirement matrix, responses, evidence index and the full audit trail. Nothing is held back on cancellation.

Do external contributors need a license?+

No. Contributors, approvers and subcontractors act through a signed link that expires and can be revoked. Only your internal team consumes seats.

Does it replace SharePoint or Word?+

No, deliberately. You keep writing where you write today. TenderTick is the record for dates, owners, requirements, evidence and audit — it links to your documents instead of forcing a migration.

Can we trial it with real tender data?+

Yes. The 14-day trial is a full workspace. It ships with a sample bid so the product is useful in the first five minutes, and you can delete the sample in one click once your own data is in.

How is the price set per month?+

By seats and volume, not by bid value. A team of three on Starter pays $29 whether they submit two bids a month or twenty-five.
